August 22nd 8am till 9pm @ Black Horse Salloon. Fund raiser for the Special Olympics of Central Oregon. Contests include custom paint job, a Rev Off, Helmet Bowling and several tattoo catigories. Mum's Crew will be Tattoing from 8am-9pm.



PORTLAND TATTOO EXPO
